Bio

I am a Ph.D. student in Philosophy at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, USA, and at the University of Campinas, Brazil. After completing a BSc in Physics, I did research on Logic and Philosophy of Religion for my Master's degree in Philosophy at the University of Campinas, with scholarships from CNPq (Brazil) and the John Templeton Foundation. I also was a LATAM Bridges Research Fellow for one year at the University of Houston, under the project LATAM Bridges in the Epistemology of Religion, granted by the John Templeton Foundation. As of now, I am doing research in the Philosophy of Science, with a focus on some issues in confirmation theory, Bayesianism, and models of explanation. I also work as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Instructor at the University of Missouri.
